Located on the Istanbul Kozyatağı E5 highway, the Hilton Istanbul Kozyatağı offers two different restaurant options, a large Health Club and SPA, as well as a meeting capacity of over 1,659 square meters.

The hotel, which is located on 46,850 m2 area, is Emay Construction's investment and its architectural design is done by Metex Design.

The Samsun Sheraton Hotel, rising on 42.000 m2 on the coast of Samsun with 26 floors, was built with Tanrıverdi Holding's investment of 60 million dollars. Kreatif Mimarlık designed the interior architecture of the hotel, whose architectural project belongs to Piramit Mimarlık.

200 rooms and 20 suites with sea view, the hotel is located away from 25 km to Samsun Çarşamba Airport. Lighting of Historical Mimar Sinan Bridges which are in Büyükçekmece, Küçükcekmece and Silivri are designed appropriate to the historical texture of them. In the lighting design using two different light colors, the bridge arches, the surfaces between the arches and the pedestrian paths are illuminated as a whole. All lighting elements are fixed to the surface, without damaging the bridges, to be illuminated with specially designed mounting brackets.
